Chemical composition of cold pressed Brazilian grape seed oil
In particular, Brazilian grape seed oil contains a higher number of volatiles, and from the nutritional aspect, high amount of total antioxidant capacity and total phenols. Our results demonstrate the viability of developing nutraceuticals or functional food ingredients from these commercial cold pressed grape seed oils for optimal human health.
